How will I receive my event tickets?
You will receive an electronic ticket via email.
When will I receive my E-ticket?
Electronic tickets will be emailed to you in December 2014.
What dates are included in the 3-night stay?

Should I dress up?
Yes! Dressing up or wearing a costume is always highly encouraged. You can find hundreds of outfit pieces and accessories over at www.RaverSwag.com. Enter code "EMPO" during checkout to get 10% your purchase.

How does the VIP ticket work?
When you purchase a room package, you have the option to upgrade 1 or all of your GA tickets to VIP Tickets. Simply add a VIP upgrade for each GA ticket that you would like upgraded. For Example: If you would like the #RaveFam package with 3 upgraded tickets, then you would need to add 3 VIP upgrades to your cart. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
Do I need a passport?
You will need a passport to get in and out of the country. However, a passport is not required to gain access to the festival.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds will be granted if written request is made within 14 days after purchase. Refunds will not be granted if purcahse is made within 30 days of the festival date.

Viernes enero 16, Sábado Enero 17 y Domingo enero 18.
Como me debo vestir o “disfrazar”?
Si! Vestirse o usar un disfraz para los festivales siempre es muy aconsejable. Usted puede encontrar cientos de piezas de “Rave Fashion” y accesorios en www.RaverSwag.com. Introduzca el código "EMPO" durante el pago para obtener 10% de descuento en su compra.
Cómo funciona el boleto VIP?
Cuando usted compra un paquete de boleto y hotel al’ TDA15’ usted tiene la opción de hacer “Upgrade” a Una o la totalidad de sus entradas GA a entradas VIP. Sólo tienes que añadir un “VIP upgrade” por cada boleto GA que le gustaría actualizar. Por ejemplo: Si desea el paquete #RaveFam con 3 entradas actualizadas, entonces usted tendría que agregar 3 boletas VIP a su carro de venta. Necesito un pasaporte?
Usted necesitará un pasaporte para entrar y salir del país. Sin embargo, un pasaporte no es necesario para acceder al festival.
